About Membership
To become a member of our store, simply go to our Member Transactions page and fill in the relevant sections. It is very important that you fill in your member information correctly and completely in terms of the possibility of communication and transportation problems.
Becoming a member is a very simple and fast process. Becoming a member does not mean that you are under any obligation. However, please read the Sales contract carefully before shopping. You have the right to terminate your membership at any time.

Membership Cancellation
The member has the right to terminate his/her membership at any time. After you terminate your membership, all your relationship with our site will be severed.
To terminate your membership, you must submit your request from our contact information page after logging in.

Membership cannot be canceled in the following cases
1 – Üye son verdiği sipariş üzerinden 60 gün geçmemişse.
2 - If a membership cancellation request was made with a different e-mail address
3 - If the member cannot be reached from their registered information

Membership is canceled by us in the following cases
1 - If the member sends unethical messages or writes comments
2 - Attempted fraud
3 - Has made an attempt to damage the system or the name novostar.com.tr.

Member Security
All kinds of measures have been taken in our store for the safety of the member. In addition to these measures, you are responsible for the security of your member information. Do not share your information you use to log in to our store with anyone, do not log in to the system from computers that you are not sure are secure.

Different Address

For each member, there is an address section where they can enter a different address other than their registered address when finalizing the order.
You can use the address section when sending gifts to your friends, or you can use it when you are at different addresses.
For example During periods when you will be in different branches of the company you work for or when you stay at the cottage. Or if you want your invoice to reach you and your order to reach a friend

Product Reviews
Each member can write comments on products. As you share your knowledge and experience with other users, shopping will be more enjoyable and conscious. Since customer comments will be unbiased and based on experience, a more informed shopping environment will arise.
Things to consider when writing a product review: Take care to write comments that are respectful to other users and the manufacturer of the product, within the framework of general ethical rules. Comments are reviewed and inappropriate comments are deleted from the system.
